Location is great, even though it was near the train station, which is known to be a not quite save place. We stayed with my friend there for 6 days and everything was great: clean bathroom and beds, available towels, working hair dryer, and view from the balcony was incredible. Reception was working 24/7 which is handy. We enjoyed a lot.

Very nice friendly English speaking staff. The room was just like in the picture. It was clean. The bathroom is not new, but everything was working and there was nothing to complain about. Very close to Termini and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was very easy to get to all the places of interest.

Location is very close to Termini, good value, friendly, supportive staff, and clean. Within its price range, its excellent.

Staffs were welcoming and supportive. Amenities were perfect and clean. Walkable distance from Roma Termini with plenty of eat o uts nearby. Bus stop is just across the road . We really liked the place and would definitely recommend it.
